Be considerate of our neighbours: Pecanwood Estate is a peaceful community, so we appreciate keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 22:00. Please avoid loud music, parties or unnecessary noise so that everyone can enjoy the tranquillity of the estate.

Treat Vacay23 like your own home: We have carefully selected the furniture, facilities and amenities for your comfort. We kindly ask that you use everything with care so that future guests can enjoy the same experience.

The speed limit within Pecanwood Estate is 40 km/h, helping to keep the community safe and pleasant for everyone.

A few final things to note: For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is not permitted inside the house, including the garage, but you are welcome to smoke outdoors. Unfortunately, we are also unable to accommodate pets at Vacay23.
